📜 Official Server Rules
DEADZONE RULES
All players are expected to read, understand, and follow every rule listed on this page. Ignorance of the rules is not an accepted excuse. These rules apply to all platforms — in-game, Discord, and our website.
📋

General Information

Commonly Broken Rules — Read Carefully. The following section covers rules that are repeatedly violated and need to be emphasized. Saying "I didn't know" will not protect you from consequences.
Community Standards
The foundation of Deadzone Roleplay

Age Requirement: The minimum age requirement to join and play on Deadzone Roleplay is 18 years of age. Any player found to be under 18 will be removed from the community without warning. A working, quality microphone is required at all times.

Zero Hate Speech: Deadzone Roleplay has absolutely zero tolerance for hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language of any kind. This includes — but is not limited to — language targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. Violations will result in immediate removal.

Toxicity Policy: Toxic behavior on any platform — including in-game, Discord, Twitch, Reddit, social media, or anywhere else publicly — reflects on our community and will be evaluated by staff. Consequences range from timeouts and temporary bans to permanent removal depending on severity and repetition.

No Advertising: Advertising or promoting other FiveM servers, communities, or platforms anywhere within the Deadzone Roleplay ecosystem is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

OOC in RP: Out-of-character (OOC) communication during active roleplay scenarios is not allowed. In-character issues must be handled in-character. Use proper OOC channels — never break character to argue, make excuses, or discuss punishments during an active scene.

Violation Severity System
All rules on this page are labeled with a severity classification. Staff use these classifications when issuing punishments. Repeated violations or multiple offenses will result in escalated consequences at staff discretion.
A
Verbal WarningFirst offense reminder — no formal action on record
B
Written WarningFormal written warning added to player record
C
1–3 Day BanShort suspension from the server
D
3–7 Day BanModerate suspension from the server
E
7–14 Day BanExtended suspension from the server
F
30 Day BanLong-term suspension with review required
G
Permanent BanPermanent removal — may be eligible for appeal
⚠️
Repeated violations of the same or similar rules will result in escalated punishment beyond the listed severity. Staff reserve the right to issue a lesser or greater punishment than listed based on context, prior history, and the severity of the situation. The classifications listed are guidelines — not hard limits. Final decisions rest solely with server administration.
🤝

Community Standards COM

⚖️
Important — Staff Discretion: All punishment tiers listed throughout this page serve as standard guidelines. Deadzone Roleplay staff reserve the right to issue a lesser or greater punishment than listed at any time, based on the full context of the situation, the player's history, the severity of impact on others, and the discretion of senior administration. No listed classification is an absolute guarantee of any specific outcome.
Respect & Behavior
COM-01
Treat all players and staff with respect at all times — in-game, in Discord, and in all public spaces.
COM-02 [G]
Deadzone Roleplay has absolutely zero tolerance for racism, hate speech, slurs, or discrimination of any kind. This includes — but is not limited to — language or behavior targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. Violations result in immediate and permanent removal from the community with no appeal. This is non-negotiable.
COM-03 [E]
Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted behavior toward any player or staff member will not be tolerated. This explicitly includes bullying based on gender, sexual orientation, sex, age, or personal identity. All players deserve to feel safe in this community regardless of who they are.
COM-04 [C–G]⚠️
Toxic behavior on any platform — in-game, Discord, Twitch, social media, etc. — is monitored and will be evaluated. Consequences scale based on severity.
COM-05 [G]
Advertising or promoting other FiveM servers anywhere in our community results in an immediate permanent ban.
Communication
COM-06 [B–D]
No OOC (out-of-character) talk during active RP scenarios. Breaking character to argue, make excuses, or complain about gameplay mid-scene is a violation. Take it to tickets.
COM-07 [B–C]
No excessive use of voice changers that make your voice unintelligible, unrecognizable to staff, or disruptive to roleplay. Staff may ask you to remove it.
COM-08 [A–B]⚠️
General Chat rule: Keep all in-character beef, drama, and arguments out of general Discord channels. Minor friendly shade is fine — full arguments are not.
COM-09 [D]
No spamming, trolling, or intentional disruption of the server, its players, or any of its Discord channels.
Fair Play
COM-10 [G]
No cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized software to gain any advantage. Immediate permanent ban.
COM-11 [E–G]
No exploiting bugs or glitches. Report all exploits to staff immediately. Abusing a known exploit will be punished severely.
COM-12
All players must follow FiveM Terms of Service at all times in addition to Deadzone RP rules.

Roleplay Rules RP

Core RP Standards
RP-01 [C–E]
No Random Deathmatch (RDM) — killing or attacking players without valid in-character reason and proper RP initiation is strictly prohibited.
RP-02 [C–E]
No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) — using a vehicle as a weapon to injure or kill without prior valid RP context is prohibited.
RP-03 [C–E]
No Metagaming — using out-of-character knowledge in-character is prohibited. What happens on Discord stays out of the city. You cannot call your gang over any outside platform. If you die, you are off radio — act accordingly.
RP-04 [C–D]
No Powergaming — forcing actions, outcomes, or situations on other players without their realistic consent or possibility is not allowed.
RP-05 [B–D]
No Fail RP — acting in ways no realistic person would in the given situation. Examples include: jumping off buildings without consequence, running in front of vehicles intentionally, performing impossible actions to avoid RP, or refusing to engage in a scenario realistically.
RP-06 [C–D]
No Fear RP violations — you must always value your character's life. If a weapon is aimed at you at close range, you cannot reasonably pull your own weapon. Refusing to comply when clearly outnumbered or outgunned breaks immersion and is a punishable offense.
RP-07 [B–C]
No God-modding — playing as invincible, unaffected by injuries, or controlling another player's actions without consent.
Character & Story
RP-08
Keep your character, backstory, and behavior consistent and realistic throughout all scenarios.
RP-09
Follow server lore and scenario logic. Your actions should always make sense within the in-character world.
RP-10 [B–C]
No combat logging — disconnecting during an active arrest, scene, robbery, or any RP situation to avoid consequences is a violation regardless of reason. If you crash, reconnect immediately.
RP-11
Respect ongoing scenarios around you. Do not interrupt or disrupt active RP situations unless your character has a valid in-character reason to do so.
⚔️

Combat Rules CMB

👑
KOS Zones: Kill on Sight is permitted inside designated PvP areas (Airdrops, Dead Zones) ONLY while actively on the spot. You cannot pursue someone after they leave. Shooting as they drive off is the limit.
General Combat
CMB-01
All combat must follow realistic, valid in-character initiation and make logical sense within the scenario.
CMB-02 [D–F]
Shooting from rooftops is strictly prohibited for all players — civilians, gang members, everyone. It does not matter if there is a ladder or access point. Violations will be met with punishment every time.
CMB-03 [C–E]
No combat logging — logging out mid-fight, mid-arrest, or during any active scene is prohibited. If you disconnect due to a crash, you must reconnect as soon as possible.
CMB-04 [B–C]
No spamming weapons, explosives, or abilities in a way that breaks immersion or gives an unrealistic advantage.
Death Timers
CMB-05 [C]⚠️
Zone Death Timer: If you die while taking or defending a zone, you are locked out of that zone for 30 minutes. You may not spray, engage, or interact with that zone during this time. Violations result in consequences.
CMB-06 [B–C]⚠️
Scene Return Timer: If killed in an active scene, you must wait 15 minutes before returning to the same area and cannot act on information from your death.

Green Zone Rules GZ

🏥
Green Zones are designated safe areas where all combat, conflict, and hostile roleplay are strictly prohibited. These zones exist to protect essential city services and allow players to conduct peaceful business.
Protected Green Zone Locations
GZ-01🏥
Hospitals & EMS Stations — all medical facilities and EMS locations are protected green zones. No combat or hostile activity of any kind.
GZ-02👮
Police Stations (LSPD) — all police department buildings and immediate surroundings are green zones. No attacks, raids, or hostile action.
GZ-03⚖️
Government Buildings — courthouses, city hall, and all designated government facilities are protected zones.
GZ-04🏛️
Prison — the prison facility and its perimeter are a green zone. No ambushes, raids, or attacks on or near prison grounds.
GZ-05🛍️
Spawn Areas & Marked Safe Zones — all server-designated spawn areas and marked safe zones on the map are protected.
Green Zone Conduct
GZ-06 [D–F]
No fighting, shooting, or hostile action of any kind in or directly around green zone areas. This includes continuing a chase into a green zone to force a confrontation.
GZ-07 [C–E]
No using green zones as escape routes — fleeing into a green zone to avoid consequences from a scenario you initiated is a violation of both this rule and RP integrity.
GZ-08 [D–E]
No spraying gang tags on or inside any green zone — including hospitals, LSPD, prison, and businesses. This rule will not be repeated — violations are punished immediately.
GZ-09 [B–C]⚠️
Any ongoing conflict must be paused and de-escalated when all parties enter a green zone. The protection of the zone applies the moment you enter it.

Robbery Rules ROB

💡
Robberies are only authorized during an active rivalry, street beef, or at airdrops. If you pull up to someone taking your turf and eliminate them — you CANNOT rob them. All general robbery rules apply in every situation.
Requirements to Rob
ROB-01
Minimum 2 minutes of active RP interaction is required before completing a robbery. Approaching someone, waiting in silence, and robbing them is a violation.
ROB-02
You must be armed with a visible weapon to initiate or carry out a robbery.
ROB-03
You must have clear situational control. The victim must be aware of the scenario and reasonably unable to escape.
Prohibited Actions
ROB-04 [C–D]
No flat-back robbing — you may not rob an unconscious or downed player unless active prior RP interaction occurred in the same scene.
ROB-05 [B–C]
Do not target new players for robberies. Give them time to learn the server before involving them in high-risk scenarios.
ROB-06 [E–G]
NEVER rob PD, EMS, or government officials under any circumstances. This is an absolute rule with no exceptions. Immediate and severe punishment will follow.
ROB-07 [E–G]
Do not steal paid or donator assets — including purchased vehicles, exclusive items, or any store-bought goods. This is a severe violation that results in asset removal and an extended ban.
ROB-08 [C]
No stealing phones under any circumstances.
ROB-09 [D–F]
No combat logging to avoid being robbed. Disconnecting or logging out during an active robbery scene is a violation regardless of reason.
ROB-10 [D–E]
No exploiting mechanics to escape a robbery — this includes abnormal cuff breaks, script abuse, glitching through walls, or abusing game bugs.
Gang Robbery Rules
ROB-11
Maximum 5 items per person may be taken per robbery scene.
ROB-12
A player may only be robbed once per scene. Teammates or others cannot immediately rob the same person again.
ROB-13 [A–B]⚠️
Reclaim Rule: If someone robs your gang member and you retaliate, you may recover stolen items — up to 10 total items (5 standard + 5 recovered on behalf of your gang member).
ROB-14 [C–D]
No robbing fellow gang members during active turf situations.
ROB-15 [C–D]
Turf robberies are ONLY permitted if the confrontation arose from a legitimate, documented rivalry. Standard turf captures with no prior conflict = no robbing allowed.
ROB-16 [C–E]
Gang members may NOT rob civilians unless in direct self-defense with valid RP initiation. Random or unprovoked robbery of civilians will be punished.
Punishment Tiers — Robbery
⚖️
Staff Discretion Notice: All punishment ranges listed are guidelines. Staff reserve the right to issue punishments above or below the listed range based on the full context of the situation, prior violations, and severity of impact on other players.

Gang & Faction Rules GF

Faction Creation
GF-01
All gangs must have a unique name, theme, and backstory. Direct copies of real-life organizations are not permitted.
GF-02
Factions must be registered and approved by server administration before any official activity. Member limits must be followed (8–15 members per gang unless otherwise approved).
GF-03
Each faction must have a clear leadership structure with a designated leader. Leaders are directly responsible for the behavior of their members.
Territory Control
GF-04
Territory may be claimed through organized roleplay — flags, graffiti/tagging, and approved conflict events.
GF-05 [D–E]
No offline raiding or zone capturing when rival gang members are not present. This violates fair play and will be punished.
GF-06 [D–E]
No spraying Government Zones — including Prison, LSPD, and Hospital — under any circumstances.
GF-07 [D–E]
NO SPRAYING ON OR INSIDE BUSINESSES. This is a repeated violation that will be met with swift punishment every single time.
GF-08 [C–D]⚠️
Zone Hold Rule: After successfully capturing a zone, your faction must remain in the area for a minimum of 10 minutes before leaving — this means physically staying in the city near that zone. Logging off, flying out, or disconnecting from the server immediately after capturing a zone is a violation. You must remain present and in-character for the full 10-minute window. Violations result in a gang menu suspension or full gang suspension depending on severity.
GF-09 [C]⚠️
Zone Death Timer: If you die while taking or defending a zone, you cannot interact with that zone for 30 minutes. No spraying, capturing, or engaging during this window.
War & Conflict
GF-10
All wars must be declared through legitimate roleplay with a valid reason — territory dispute, retaliation, or resource conflict.
GF-11
Gangs are limited to 1–2 alliances. All alliances must be established through RP and documented with staff if required. Large-scale coalitions designed to dominate the server are prohibited.
Conduct & Restrictions
GF-13 [D–E]
No metagaming via external communication. You may NOT coordinate with gang members over Discord, Snapchat, or any outside platform during an active in-city scenario. If you die, you are off radio — no one should magically know your exact location.
GF-14 [E–G]
No bulletproof or illegally modified vehicles used by gang members during conflicts or turf wars. Using modded, invincible, or exploit-modified vehicles is a severe violation and subject to immediate ban and asset removal.
GF-15 [C–E]
Use of unrealistic or immersion-breaking character models is not allowed. Abuse of stash systems or excessive hoarding is prohibited.
🚨

EMS & Police Rules EP

🚑
EMS and Police are essential to the city's function. Without them, roleplay breaks down for everyone. These rules exist to protect them and ensure the server remains functional and fair for all players.
EMS Rules
EP-01 [F–G]
Attacking, killing, or harming EMS in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in severe punishment. EMS personnel are considered neutral — they are there to serve all players equally and are not valid targets under any circumstances.
EP-02 [D–F]
Do not use EMS as bait, shields, or pawns in a conflict scenario. Taking an EMS member hostage or using their presence to your advantage in combat is a violation.
EP-03
All players must allow EMS to perform their duties without interference. Combat must pause around EMS when they are actively treating a player unless explicitly part of an approved scenario.
EP-04
EMS locations, vehicles, and equipment are green zone protected. No combat near or involving EMS assets.
Police Interaction Rules
EP-05
All police interactions must follow proper RP. Comply with lawful police directives in-character. If you disagree with a punishment, handle it through tickets — not in the middle of a scene.
EP-06 [D–F]
Never rob, assault, or take PD or government officials hostage under any circumstances. This is an absolute rule that applies to all players and all situations.
EP-07 [C–D]
No cop baiting — deliberately attempting to provoke or lure police into a confrontation without legitimate RP reason is a violation.
EP-08 [D–E]
No combat logging during an arrest or police interaction. If you are being detained, arrested, or in an active police scenario — disconnecting is an automatic violation, crash or not. Reconnect immediately if disconnected.
EP-09
Police must be given the opportunity to respond to crimes. All major criminal activity (bank heists, store robberies, etc.) requires a minimum number of players online and active police on duty — check server announcements for current requirements.
🚗

Vehicle Rules VEH

General Vehicle Conduct
VEH-01 [C–E]
No bulletproof, modded, or exploit-modified vehicles may be used by gang members or any player during conflicts, turf wars, robberies, or active RP scenarios. Using invincible or illegitimately obtained vehicles is a severe violation.
VEH-02 [C–D]
No using aircraft (helicopters, planes) to grief, ram, or crash into players or property without valid RP context.
🎁

Purchased Assets PA

💎
Players who support the server through purchases deserve protection of their investments. These rules exist to ensure a fair environment where purchased assets are respected by the entire community.
Asset Protection
PA-01 [E–G]
The following purchased assets are absolutely protected and may never be stolen, taken, or interfered with under any circumstances:
1o1 Guns & Eternal Guns — purchased weapons are protected assets. Stealing them will result in asset restoration and severe punishment.
Elite Battlepass Items — all items, cosmetics, and exclusives obtained through the Elite Battlepass are fully protected. Taking or using another player's Battlepass items is prohibited.
VIP Perks, Memberships, and Store-Purchased Benefits — all account-level purchased benefits are non-transferable and cannot be seized by other players.

Note: Purchased vehicles may be stolen as part of legitimate in-character roleplay — they are not protected from theft during RP scenarios. However, deliberately targeting someone's exclusive vehicle repeatedly or outside of RP context may still be considered harassment (COM-03).
PA-02 [D–F]
Repeatedly targeting, griefing, or destroying another player's purchased assets outside of legitimate RP context is prohibited. While vehicles can be stolen in valid RP, using someone's purchases as a repeated harassment tool is a violation and will be treated as such under COM-03.
PA-03
Purchased assets may be traded under strictly controlled, official conditions only:
1o1 Guns & Eternal Guns — may only be traded at official in-game gun stores, and only in exchange for Transfer Credits (TC). Any other method of transfer is prohibited.
Purchased Vehicles — may only be sold in-city for in-city cash only, and must be completed with an official signed contract. No real-money trades between players.
• Duplicating, gifting without compensation, or any other unauthorized transfer method remains strictly prohibited.
PA-04
Purchasing any item from the Deadzone RP store does not grant immunity from server rules. Staff retain full authority to revoke, adjust, or remove purchased items as part of disciplinary action — with no refund issued.
PA-05
All purchase-related issues must be reported through official support channels within 7 days. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for full details on store rules.
🛡️

Staff & Administration STF

Staff Authority
STF-01
Staff decisions are final. You may not publicly argue, contest, or complain about moderation actions. Disagreements must be handled exclusively through our ticket system.
STF-02 [G]
Impersonating any staff member is a permanent ban offense. This includes using similar names, ranks, or claiming staff authority you do not have.
STF-03 [F–G]
Attempting to bribe, manipulate, or unduly influence staff in any decision — including offering in-game items, money, or real currency — is strictly prohibited.
STF-04
Staff reserve full discretion to determine punishments based on context, prior history, and severity. The severity classification system is a guide — not a ceiling.
Thank you for being part of Deadzone Roleplay. These rules protect the experience for every player. Play fair, RP well, and have fun. Questions? Open a support ticket or visit Discord.
